Here are the ingredients for this recipe…

4 pounds beef short ribs
1 medium onion, peeled and minced
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon chili powder

Let’s start by making sure that the ribs are out of the fridge before we start preparing everything. Aim for room temperature so that we’ll have a better result later. Don’t forget to also preheat the grill. Now that we’re done with the basics, we have to already prepare the sauce.

Saute onion and garlic with butter in a skillet. When you see that the onion is transparent, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir when possible so that it won’t burn. While hot, dip the ribs and check for the even distribution of the sauce. Then, place on the grill and cover it until the ribs are done. With low fire, It will take 1 ½ hours to cook it, Turn it occasionally and baste with the remaining sauce you have prepared earlier. Watch out for any flame-ups!
