Best BBQ Lamb Recipe to Make Your Mouth Drool


Today we’re going to cover another favorite recipe of mine – BBQ Lamb! The great thing about the recipe I’ll be giving you is the fact that you don’t have to marinate it overnight. Ready for it? Let’s go!

Secret Recipe

Below are the ingredients for another delicious meal!

2 tablespoons red currant jelly
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon dry English mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 – 10 medium-sized lamb chops!

In a shallow bowl, place the chops and then pour the combined marinade ingredients. Mix them properly, making sure that the chops are evenly covered by the marinade. If you want it be spicy, you can add red pepper flakes and chili powder. Just estimate it depending on your spice level. Put in the fridge and wait for 15-30 minutes to make sure that the marinade will fuse with the meat. While waiting, don’t forget to lightly oil your grill with olive oil and then preheat the grill.

After 30 minutes, get the chops from the fridge and place the meat on the bbq grill. Coals should be medium hot. Grilling may take 10-12 minutes but it still depends on how thick the chops are. Turn them over when the first side is done. Do the same thing with the other side. When almost done, brush it with the remaining marinade mix for additional flavor. Serve it with corn on the cob or even with your favorite salad! Easy does it!
